Refund Policy

After a deposit has been completed, you can use your balance on orders for our services.

• Orders placed on our platform will not be refunded after they are placed.
• Misplaced orders might not qualify for a refund, so be careful while creating orders. After order creation there is no guarantee that it can be canceled and refunded.
• Our payment system has technical limitations, so you won't receive a refund to your payment method. The only way to get a refund is to your Views.biz account balance. There are a few exceptions, but we can't guarantee more than a refund to an account balance.
• We can provide a refund if an order cannot be delivered (in other words - if there is an issue on our side - we will refund your order for sure)

By using our services, you agree to the following:

• You will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason.
• If you file a dispute or chargeback against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders, ban you from our site.

Do not use more than one SMM panel at the same time. We cannot give you the correct followers/likes number in that case. If you are using our services, please make sure that Views.biz is the only platform you're using. Thank you!
