My payment was declined. Why?

There are a few reasons why your payment might be declined by the payment processors, most of the times the deal is about card payments. Lets take a look at possible reasons.
Firstly, we advise you to check your balance as this is a most common issue. For instance, if you are planning to perform a $5 payment and you have exactly $5 on your bank account, in case of your bank is charging fees for e-payments, it will decline the transaction because the payment amount and fee are greater than the remaining balance.
If there are enough funds, but you still can’t complete the transaction, you should try to contact your bank to resolve the issue (it is for sure on the side of a bank). Or you might use another payment method, we have plenty of options
