What is a refill?

Refill means that if there are any drops of impressions or its insufficient quantity after order completion on the social metric counter, we will add the missing amount if the service is guaranteed.

For instance, you've ordered 1000 Subscribers, the order was completed, and then 300 of them have been dropped. We will refill the number of subscribers that have dropped (300 subs).

Please note that not all our services are refill guaranteed.
